The trades associated with this work includes wood framing, steel framing, glazing, finish carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, HVAC, alarm systems, roll up door installations, controls, etc.

InstitutionalWe have performed work at Seattle University and the University of Washington which has included acoustical upgrades, locker rooms for referees, new campus entrance with security building and state of the art retractable bollard entrance, new street lighting, banner poles, asphalt roadway and parking lot, street striping and entrance booth controls.
Dorm and housing tenant improvements including, flooring, painting, new cabinets and countertops and shower upgrades. |
